I'm planning a shibari photography session in Berlin and looking for an experienced rope model to collaborate with. Ideally someone comfortable with suspension work and longer sessions. Safety and communication are fundamental, but I'm curious what other factors experienced practitioners consider important when setting up this kind of work.

On bondage: how did you start?

Planning for about 3-4 hours with plenty of breaks. I want to do both floor work and some suspension ties. The focus is artistic rather than rushed.

That's a reasonable timeframe for a bondage photoshoot. Make sure your model has experience with the specific ties you want to do. Some people are great in floor rope but haven't done much aerial work. Also discuss any hard limits beforehand.
