Starting thread: Looking for latex bondage model in Miami

I'm putting together a photography project focused on latex and bondage in the Miami area. I've shot rope work before but this is my first time combining it with latex, and I'm learning that the material brings its own set of challenges during sessions. I'm hoping to connect with models who already work in this space and understand the technical aspects of latex restraint photography. If anyone here has experience with this type of work in Miami, I'd appreciate hearing about how you approach collaborations and what you consider essential for establishing clear boundaries and safety protocols before shooting. How do you typically navigate these projects?

Latex and rope bondage together can be tricky because the material doesn't breathe. Make sure you have safety shears on hand and keep sessions shorter than regular rope work. Heat buildup is real. Also, powder is your friend for getting the latex on and off smoothly. DM me if you want to discuss specifics about working in Miami.

What kind of bondage style are you going for? Shibari looks amazing with latex but the rope can sometimes stick or slide depending on how much shine product you use. I've done some latex sessions and found that thicker rope works better for grip.

Good point about the rope thickness. I was planning on using my usual 6mm jute but maybe I should test with 8mm. The shibari patterns I want to use are fairly complex chest harnesses. Do you think the latex will make the rope marks more or less visible afterwards?

Rope marks on latex-covered skin tend to be less intense than on bare skin, but they last longer once you remove the latex because of the heat and compression. For BDSM photography mixing both materials, I always recommend a detailed negotiation about marks and aftercare. Have you worked with anyone experienced in latex bondage before or is this your first time combining them?

First time combining them, which is why I'm being extra careful about finding someone who knows what they're doing. Thanks for the tip about marks and aftercare.

Re shibari - what kind of meetups work best?

I model in South Florida and have done latex bondage work. The key things I always discuss upfront are ventilation, session length, and emergency release procedures. With rope and latex together, things can go wrong faster than with just one or the other. Also make sure your shooting space has AC. Message me privately if you're still looking.

Just wanted to add that some studios in Miami host bondage workshops where you might meet models who specialize in this. The BDSM community down there is pretty active. Look for rope enthusiast meetups too.
